Kathrikadavu house in Cochin was built in 2007 for Mr.Romel Papali,South East Asia head of Hewlett Packard at that time.This 3000 sft house with four bed rooms has a different type of spiral stair case.Pictures show the spiral woodeen stair case with a landing on the way which act like a balcony
